Microsoft Copilot Studio is a key element of Microsoft's strategy to democratize AI in the enterprise environment. Part of the Microsoft Power Platform, it provides an intuitive graphical interface for designing, testing, and deploying intelligent agents. Users can create copilots that answer employee questions, automate tasks in Dynamics 365, or interact with customers. Significant updates introduced in May 2025 took the platform to the next level. An orchestration feature was introduced, allowing the creation of a master agent that can call other, more specialized agents. UI automation support via Power Automate was added, enabling copilots to work with applications that lack an API. Integration with Azure AI was also expanded, providing access to thousands of models from the Azure AI Foundry, allowing developers to create unique and powerful AI assistants.
