AI Community Conference (AICO) Concludes in New York, Focusing on AI in Practice

The two-day AI Community Conference (AICO) concluded in New York City on June 6, 2025, held at the landmark Microsoft office in Times Square. The event, which took place on June 5-6, brought together hundreds of developers, machine learning engineers, AI architects, and data scientists from around the world to share experiences and discuss the practical aspects of developing, implementing, and operating artificial intelligence systems. Unlike large corporate events focused on product announcements, AICO emphasized applied knowledge, real-world case studies, and solving the pressing challenges specialists face in their daily work. The conference program was packed with hands-on workshops, in-depth technical talks, and lively panel discussions. Key themes this year included MLOps (methodologies for reliable and efficient deployment and maintenance of AI models in production), the integration of large language models (LLMs) into existing enterprise systems, issues of responsible and ethical AI, and the effective use of cloud AI platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure AI, to solve specific business problems. Attendees actively discussed best practices in data engineering, model performance monitoring, and creating scalable AI solutions that deliver real business value. The conference once again confirmed its status as an important platform for informal communication, networking, and strengthening ties within the professional AI community.
